You agree not to:
We may limit or block access if we believe these rules are broken.
You must have the rights to the photos you convert. You keep ownership of your files. Because conversion happens in your browser, we do not receive or store your photos.
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that conversion will always succeed, that the site will always be up, or that output will meet a particular need.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SecureHEICtoJPEG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Maryland will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law says otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
